Important information about Creations by SB:

Policies: Office hours are from 8am-6pm MTN Monday - Friday. Sherry and Brittany does go live during off hours but the messages regarding orders and shipping will not be answered during those times. We also will not answer messages during holidays. Any questions regarding your order or shipping should be emailed to: creationsbysb23@gmail.com. Answers to questions regarding custom orders will NOT be answered on the live shows or on Facebook messenger. Facebook Messenger is only used for new custom orders, invoices, or to a question regarding products or things we sell. If you see something you want to order from a live sale, then you would send us a message on messenger. All other concerns go to the email above.

We are not able to hold products, so if you are not able to pay within the allotted 24 hours please DO NOT CLAIM!


If you order a Sublimated Item please review ALL Care Instructions to avoid any damages!

All live sale orders are shipped out within 2-3 days with paid invoices. Sometimes we may need longer so we do always say to please allow 3-4 business days for your items to ship.

Custom orders will take 7-10 business days to complete and ship!  Payment is required in advance for ALL custom orders!!

 📦📫Shipping charges Flat $8.00. This does NOT include shipping out of the United States. All shipping charges are to be paid for that go to Canada or a different country.

📌📌Tracking for packages is sent to you from Pirateship. If you don't see a tracking number in your email within 3-4 business days, please first check your spam folder, if still not there, send us a message at CREATIONSBYSB23@GMAIL.COM. Anything that is damaged in transit requires an insurance claim to be made with USPS. We make sure to wrap everything very well with lots of bubble wrap. We also pay to have all packages insured in case something breaks in transit. We know this is not an ideal situation, but it does happen from time to time. We will do our best to help you with the process, but the claim does need to be done by the customer. 🚫

❌Invoice cancellations have become a major problem for us. If you do not pay for your invoice within the allotted 24 hours the invoice will be canceled. We will no longer be allowing the invoice to be reissued if you miss the cut-off time. If you are a new customer you will not be able to shop at Chains and Charms by SB. For those who have been a customer for a month or more, you will receive a one-time courtesy pass. After 1 canceled invoice you will also no longer be allowed to shop. This includes live sale invoices as well as wall drop invoices.
