Welcome to Creations by SB!  We are so excited to share all our new amazing items with you! We offer Pyrography (Burned) Hat, Beaded Items, 3D Prints, T-Shirts, Tumblers, and much more!  We also customize Hats, Tumblers & T-Shirts, and Freshie Molds.

Policies: Office hours are from 8am-8pm MTN Monday - Friday. Please feel free to message us or send an email to creationsbysb23@gmail.com regarding orders and shipping.  

Turn around time for most items are 7-10 days.  For custom burned hat orders, please allow up to 21 days for your items to ship.

Custom orders will take 7-10 business days to complete and ship!  Payment is required in advance for ALL custom orders!!

 📦📫Shipping charges Flat $8.00. This does NOT include shipping out of the United States. All shipping charges are to be paid for that go to Canada or a different country.

📌📌Tracking for packages is sent to you from Pirateship. If you don't see a tracking number in your email within 3-4 business days, please first check your spam folder, if still not there, send us a message at CREATIONSBYSB23@GMAIL.COM. Anything that is damaged in transit requires an insurance claim to be made with USPS. We make sure to wrap everything very well with lots of bubble wrap. We also pay to have all packages insured in case something breaks in transit. We know this is not an ideal situation, but it does happen from time to time. We will do our best to help you with the process, but the claim does need to be done by the customer. 🚫
